  • How can I register to waitasecond?

    You can register to waitasecond by giving us your e-mail address and your password. You are also able to register through Facebook or Gmail. The first part of your e-mail will become your username.

  • How do I log in to waitasecond?

    You will be able to log in by writing your email address or shop name and your password.

  • I am having trouble accessing my account or I have forgotten my password

    Waitasecond offers a pick-up option. This means that the seller can share his position on the product upload page. This process is helpful for avoiding shipping costs because the buyer could meet the seller and exchange the good in person.

  • Does waitasecond use reviews ?

    Waitasecond is based on reviews, after each transaction the seller and the buyer will have the chance to give a review to each other.

  • I have received a review that seems unjustified. What now?

    If you have received a wrong review even though the deal worked out well, please contact us at and we will evaluate your request. If the review you received was unjustified in negative terms, we will remove it and we will penalize the reviewer to prevent it from happening again.

  • I have unintentionally given a wrong review. Can I change it?

    If the buyer choose to receive the item through shipping you will have to send it. If the buyer agreed to meet and get the item in person you will set an appointment with him or her in the message section.
